This was a birthday gift for my mom so it hasnt been given yet but I did open it. It was wrapped good but the lady was broken off the stand in the box. To me that wasnt a huge deal she still sits in there and I can always just glue her down and nobody would know. Other than that great and fast shipping and love the hand written note and free gift!!
